Jordan Future “Black/3M”

The Jordan Future has been more and more willing lately to depart from the woven style that first introduced the sneaker. The latest of such departures happens on this pair, which uses a mesh upper that looks to have a full reflective treatment underneath. The shoes also stick with an icy sole on bottom and the same gold detailing that we’ve seen on a handful of other Future releases. See more photos of this Jordan Future “Black/3M” with us after the break if you’re interested in them and then leave a comment with your thoughts on this new direction of theAir Jordan Future.

Air Jordan 11 GS “Hornets”

Earlier this year, Michael Jordan’s Charlotte Bobcats franchise made the announcement that the team would revert back to the old-school “Hornets” name. Based on these new Jordans that have just surfaced, it seems that it didn’t take too long for the brand to capitalize on the catchy teal and purple colorway! These Air Jordan 11s are a GS size, and although a release date hasn’t been set yet, let alone a release at all, there’s no doubt that more Air Jordans in Hornets colors would be an overall crowd-pleaser.

Nike Reinvents a Classic with the Air Max Lunar1

In 1987, the Nike Air Max 1 changed the history of performance running sneakers by giving you a peek inside how the sneaker was made thanks to a visible air unit placed on the back heel. This need for inovation initially championed by Tinker Hatfield has stuck with Nike throughout its dominance over the past two decades and has given us tech advancements ranging from Free to Flyknit all the way to Lunarlon midsoles. The latest reinvention takes their flagship runner in the Air Max 1 and gives it a twist thanks to a lightweight lunar midsole while keeping the air max unit intact. The upper gets redesigned as well thanks to the ever-lightweight hyperfuse, mesh and tape to bring the classic silhouette up to speed with the times. The new edition of the Nike Air Max 1 will hit select Nike outlets starting today, June 27th. Stick around after the click and let us know what you think of the re-revolutionized iteration of the Nike Air Max Lunar1 by penning your thoughts in the comments section.

Nike SB Stefan Janoski Canvas “White”

The never ending influx of all white sneakers continues. The latest silhouette to don the clean, no-frills aesthetic? The Nike SB Stefan Janoski takes a break from its busy schedule of prints and patterns for the monochromatic look, as the canvas upper and vulcanized sole truly showcase the simplistic skate shoe that’s been an instant classic since dropping in 2009. What do you think?

A Quick Look at the Nike Kobe 9 Elite Low Beethoven

The Nike Kobe 9 Elite Low “Beethoven”, which will release on August 16th, is about as close as you’ll likely get to those HTM pairs if you already missed out on the them. Unlike the upcoming “Michael Jackson” colorway, these have a rather muted palette that wouldn’t look out of place in the Hiroshi/Tinker/Mark set. Hopefully they’ll be differentiated in terms of distribution though – we’re all hoping that these won’t be too tough to grab. Take another look at this upcoming Nike Kobe 9 Elite Low below and check back in on Sneaker News for more Kobe shoes.

Kevin Durant Shows Off A New Nike KD 7 Colorway

The noise from yesterday’s Nike KD 7 launch has faded just a bit, but there are apparently still unseen colorways to behold. Durant himself decided to keep on showing off the shoes with this shot, featuring an on-feet pair that looks a little bit like the upcoming KD 7 “Calm Before the Storm”. It’s entirely possible that this is a NIKEiD creation, but without clarification from Durant himself it’s difficult to tell whether or not that’s the case. Get another glimpse below and then tell us in the comments what has been your favorite Nike KD 7 colorway to date.

Jordan Future “Gradient Sole”

Not all Jordan Future pairs are created equal with respect to the weave on their upper. There are the most common retail pairs that feature the criss-cross, there are the ones with a slightly thicker weave that we’ve yet to see at retail, and there are the mesh style pairs. Landing in the middle group is this pair, which paints the Air Jordan 11 kit along the bottom with a gradient look. Will they be releasing? No word on that just yet, but you can bet we’ll have the first word if that ends up being the case. See the Jordan Future “Gradient Sole” below and tell us in the comments if you’re feeling them.

Nike Air Flight ’89 – Black – Dark Magnet Grey – University Red

The Nike Air Flight ’89 is no stranger to colorways referencing the Air Jordan 4. We’ve seen aToro look, and models equipped with cement speckling on the midsole, but perhaps the closest, albiet unofficial, nod to Mike’s fourth signature would be this black, grey and red pair. With a color blocking almost identical to the famous retro, the shoe sees a black base, grey tongue and grey speckling on the midsole while a vibrant red hits the lining and outsole. What do you think of the latest Flight ’89 release? Hit the click for a better view and grab your pair today from select retailers like Oneness.

Nike Air Force 1 Low “Independence Day”

Independence Day is always a convenient time for American shoe companies to capitilize off of the both festive and patriotic time by releasing a number of red, white, and blue styles and thisNike Air Force 1 Low is about as close as one can get to sporting a flag on his or her feet respectively. Featuring a white leather base, the side panels get hit with a washed flag look that sees the red and white stripes bleed onto the heel and the faded stars hit the toe and side panels. What do you think of this upcoming release? Be sure to stick with us after the click for more from this Air Force 1 Low and know that you can reserve your pair from select retailers like Wish ATL.

Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski

The Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski has had access to plenty of graphic looks, but more often than not we’ve seen those on the NIKEiD platform. The splatter set though brings that touch to retail without the DIY middle man, with the latest of them to show up being the white canvas shown here with the black splatter on top. The shoes break from the black and white just a bit with the gum light brown across the bottom – which is the common denominator between the three. See the cookies and cream joints in better detail below and then tell us in the comments if you’re purchasing a pair.

Air Jordan 3Lab5-Black

After the Air Jordan 3Lab5 stripped Mike’s third silhouette of its signature elephant textures, the shoe had no choice but to fire back with some borrowing of its own. Hence the Air Jordan 5Lab3 release that’s arriving this weekend, which goes full on reflective as far as the upper is concerned. Their predecessor in the Elements series is up to three colorways now, so here’s to hoping that there’s more of this style on the way.

Air Jordan 4 “Red Louis Vuitton Don”

The Red October Yeezy 2s weren’t the first all-red sneakers that Kanye West had a hand in creating. Years before that happened there was the Louis Vuitton Don with the same sort of monochromatic spin. Referencing that creation is this latest pair from Dank Customs, which dips the Air Jordan 4 in red, introduces some Louis logos to the midsole and tongue, sports the tassel laces, and even brazenly plants their name across the wings. See the handiwork of Dank Customs below and then tell us how they compare to his Air Jordan 4 “Patchwork Louis Vuitton Don” pair.

A Detailed Look at the Air Jordan 3 Retro “Wolf Grey”

Air Jordan 3 “Wolf Grey” or Air Jordan 3 “Cool Grey”? We have a feeling that most are more into the latter given its echoing of that classic Air Jordan 11 colorway and an overall fear of putting too much praise on just debuted colorways. The upcoming “Wolf Grey” Air Jordan III definitely differentiates itself though – the shoes get more shiny thanks to the metallic silver sections, and they also go the rare route of slapping a translucent outsole along the bottom. Familiarize yourself with the Jordans in question by flipping through the rest of the photos after the break and give us your two cents on them in the comments.

Nike Air Max 1 – White – Crimson – Black

the “Chili Red” Air Max 1 doesn’t get many mentions when it comes to naming the best AM1s of all-time. We haven’t seen them in stores for over a decade, and while it may be likely that Nike never revisits the colorway on an official scale, they will come close with new releases like this White/Crimson/Black pair that is hitting retailers around the workd. It’s got the same color-blocking as the Chili Red, with the black mudguard, grey quarter, and white mesh, but with a punchier Crimson Red accenting the shoe. Check out the extra shots below and look out for these at your local spot soon.

KD 7

The Nike KD 7 “Bright Mango” will release on July 12th at Nike.com with an MSRP of $150. The sneaker has gained a quick “DMV”nickname thanks to the nearly identical colorway seen in the “Mumbo” version of the KD V. Nike is preparing the launch the KD 7 next week with some special features in store, so be sure to stick with Sneaker News for all the latest on Kevin Durant’s next sneaker and let us know what you think of this upcoming colorway.
