The Air Jordan 6 “OVO” is happening, folks. What was originally perceived to be an April Fool’s Day joke may be going down this October (how fitting), following up those amazing Air Jordan X and XII samples that were given out at a Raptors game some time ago. The Air Jordan 6 OVO features a classy Black/Gold colorway (almost like the DMPs) with the OVO logo etched onto the heel of the shoe. Air Jordan 6 “History of Jordan”

The Air Jordan 6 has remained fairly under the radar since we last saw the famed first championship silhouette hit this February in two Infrared installments. And while the “Carmine” pair will finish things off for the month of May, details are still sparse on the red leather pair known as the “History of Jordan” Air Jordan 6. Could it be an homage to Spike Lee since the inner lining features a Spiz’ike like pattern? Today we get another look at this mysterious pair featuring a premium upper while an icy outsole contrasts with the white midsole section and sparse accents of green.

Another OG Air Jordan Colorway is Releasing on June 7th

The Summer 2014 season has been marked with a collection of Air Jordan 2 releases that made use of colors and materials never used before on the silhouette. Anchoring the new-school set is this original colorway of the Air Jordan 2 – the White/Red/Grey that last dropped in 2008 as part of the Countdown Package series. On June 7th, Jordan Brand will officially re-release this iconic sneaker in an original composition, so expect these to disappear a lot faster than the other Air Jordan 2s that have debuted already. What the KD 6

The What the KD 6 has been postponed, we know that for certain. But when will the sneakers actually be releasing? Chain retailer Villa has chipped in with a 6/14 release date, although they’re the only one to mention that as the date of arrival for the sneakers so far. If that does end up being the official date for this Nike KD 6 then the wait won’t have been too long, as they were originally slated to show up on 6/7. Air Jordan 11 “Big 10 Conference” Customs by Dillon DeJesus

While certain Air Jordan retro models have been prone to the collegiate treatment, the Air Jordan 11 has always avoided that sort of PE touch. Making dreams come true on that front is DeJesus Customs, who crafted this gigantic set of customs to match with all the teams in the Big 10 conference. Not only did he give the shoes the associated colors for each school, but they all also have the logos planted on the ankle area. Almost a decade later, the Air Jordan IV “Laser” is coming back! If you weren’t in the thick of things when the Air Jordan IV “Laser” first released in the Black and White colorways, here’s a quick recap: Nike was experimenting with Laser graphics heavily, and the Air Jordan IV was used as a canvas to showcase the awesome detailing. Air Jordan 11 “Legend Blue”

This holiday season, get ready for the comeback of yet another OG Air Jordan XI release. The “Columbia”, which Michael wore during the ’96 All-Star Game, will return as the must-have release in December, only it will be dubbed the “Legend Blue“. The newer color is another take on the UNC-inspired baby blue that has served as such a consistent provider of great Air Jordan colorways. adidas Y-3 Yohji Boost

ou can tell just how proud adidas is of their BOOST technology by how many separate divisions of the German sportswear juggernaut have taken advantage of its lightweight cushioning. Yohji Yamamoto is of course taking advantage on this silhouette, the adidas Y-3 Yohji Boost. We’ve not seen too much of this model aside from the charity auction that introduced it, but it looks like there are some additional colorways floating around now. Air Jordan III (3) "Do The Right Thing"

This is a pair of Air Jordan III (3) "Do The Right Thing" edition. In the late 1980's with the release of the Air Jordan III (3) Nike collaborated with Spike Lee to direct/produce their Air Jordan TV commercials and promote their shoes. The character "Mars Blackmon" was created and he has been a key figure in the Air Jordan legacy since. In the 1989 Spike Lee film "Do The Right Thing" we get to see the Air Jordan IV (4) White Cement make an onscreen appearance that made sneaker heads jump out of their seats at the theatre. In 2007 Jordan Brand decided to make a color way of the Air Jordan III (3) that commemorated Spike Lee's involvement which began with the AJ III (3).
